Hendo definetly deserves a rematch. He dominated the 1st round and has had a hell of a career. No one else has made it past the 2nd round with Silva either besides who else stands a chance?

He only dominated the 1st round because Silva let him. This is not the first time the champ relaxed and felt someone out the 1st round, just to destroy them in the 2nd. Hendo got destroyed, and that's going to be the case again and again in every rematch...

One of the best things about MMA is anybody can get caught and cause Silva got the better of him that night certainly doesn't mean it would happen every time. You think Serra would beat GSP every time? Also who would you have SIlva fight? There's no one else even close to these guys in the middleweights.

Silva owns the division..there is no one else..someone will have to move up or down in weight or Silva will have to move up..can't see him moving down..GSP is an option if he can do it slowly and stay in shape...I may be reaching here..Hendo, if he gets a rematch will have to come with a different game plan.

Im not takin anything away from Silva but who else has won a round with him other than Dan in the UFC? Remeber that when Silva was in Pride he wasn't the shit like he is now, Dan was. If its going to happen it needs to happen soon Dan isn't getting any younger. Again Im not ripping on Silva I just don't want a boring weight class.

I don't think you can call winning a "round" an accomplishment, especially when I had it 10-9, 9-10, 10-9, a split round win. But, IMO, Hendo will get KOed next time if they face up again...

and FYI, Silva in Pride was an amateur fighter, Silva has really improved into a true PRO...

I agree that Silva has really become a great fighter. After all he came from the Chute Box Academy and trained with some of the all time greatest fighters in the world hands down. Dan has also been around the block a time or two and will one day be put up there in the MMA Hall of Fame and maybe he is past his prime but Silva will not KO a man that has never been knocked out in his whole career......... I still wouldn't put money on Dan though
