    Default bulking & cutting stacks with PCT, help

    I need a complete bulking & cutting stacks with PCT. what would be my best choices here? also, how long steroids should be run? what are the tips and precautions for safe and smart use? i am 5'7", 72 kg, and works out 5 days a week though i do have my cheat days once or twice in a month though rarely. thanks for your help.

    Bulking cycle example -
    Weeks 1 - 16
    Testosterone 500mg/week
    EQ or Deca 300-500mg/week
    Aromasin 10mg every other day
    Cabergoline 0.25mg every other day (If using deca. It isn't needed if using EQ)

    Cutting cycle example -
    Weeks 1 - 10
    Testosterone 200mg/week
    Trenbolone 200mg/week
    Masteron 200mg/week
    Winstrol 50mg/day
    N2guard 7 capsules/day
    Aromasin 10mg every other day
    Cabergoline 0.25mg every other day
    Cardarine 20mg/day

    The main tips for smart and safe use are to use all the proper ancillaries, and to cycle steroids properly - in cycles with a good PCT in between. @muskate has given you some very good cycle samples, but you should do a little bit on your own to do some research.

    at 158 pounds i would be curious to know your muscle mass and body fat

    if you are a shredded 158 why would you want to 'bulk' and just get fat and wet?

    on the contrary if you are a skinny/fat 158 you should dial in your diet better and gain more lean muscle.

    Start by doing some research on your own. We can t be spoon feeding information when you aren't willing to do any work.
