    Default 1 minute break between sets - tired as hell!

    I read on many sites you gotta rest for 1 minute to build muscles...but it's harder on the next exercise....fatigued sets in quicker with 1 minutes compared to 3 minutes...

    it depends on what type of training you are doing

    but yeah for the most part most people who train are going to want to take short breaks between sets. only way i don't see this plausible are those strength training super heavy

    you are fatigued because you simply don't have the conditioning yet, but keep doing it.. that is why it is called 'training' right?

    If you are training for strength you want to rest that long but definitely not for hypertrophy. 45 seconds to a minute max.
