    Default NEW to the game i need help

    Thank you in advance we are in need of help. I have been lifting off and on since high school now I am 25 years old it seems I can not put on the muscle I want or have been working for I am looking at starting a cycle and I have no idea of what I am getting into any help would be great on what to take and how much I am 6 ft tall weigh 205.

    For the second part of this my wife has been training for 1.5 years she is into figure competing but is not happy with the results her trainer has given her it has been a lot of money with no results. She is 5”4 weighs 115lbs she needs more mass on her body is what all the judges say what can she take and for how long?

    This is fair enought in principal my friend but we will want to look at both of your diets first to see what can be done there, you see it doen't matter what you take if you aren't eating right then AAS wont help. Also what sort of training and cardio routine do you do?

    Well for my wife her diet is non cutting

    Breakfast- 1 cup cooked oat meal with 1 scoop of protein powder
    ½ cup strawberries

    2nd meal 6oz chicken breast backed or grilled plain
    1 medium red potato

    3rd 6 oz chicken 1 cup broccoli 1 med red potato

    4th 6 oz chicken 1 cup broccoli ½ cup of cooked rice

    5th 6 oz chicken 1 cup cauliflower

    Bed time 6 oz chicken

    Now for me

    Breakfast 2 cups oatmeal with 1 scoop of protein powder

    2nd 10 oz chicken 1 red potato

    3rd 1 can tuna with 1 red potato and 1 cup of broccoli

    4th 10 oz chicken 1 cup of cooked rice and 1 cup of broccoli
    5th 10 oz chicken 11/2 cups of cauliflower
    6th 12 oz chicken

    Mon- 30 min cardio as soon as wake up
    Gym for 1 hour working on chest
    30 min light cardio

    Tue same except work on diff area

    Wed 30 min cardio AM 30 min cardio PM

    Thur. 30 min cardio
    Gym for 1 hour working on something else
    30 Min light cardio

    Fri. 30 min cardio
    Gym for 1 hour working on some other part
    30 min light cardio

    Sat light cardio

    Sun off

    Ok the first two problems I see it that you getting way too much cardio and probably not enough carbs in your day, the 4 days a week gym is ok in my opinion but you could maybe add a little more time to that and lift heavy. Also add a little more whey protein there like after training. Give that a try for a month before thinking again about a cycle.

    Your wife is eating a good diet IMO for her goals I think she should maybe knock the cardio back a little but don't knock it off. You wife as a first timer could do 5-10mg of var a day 5 days a week with the weekends off for about six weeks maybe 8 tops. That should help her along a bit. I would say maybe 5mg a day for the first two weeks then 6 weeks at 10mg a day.
