    Exclamation Im back and ready for my t3/clen cycle. How to cycle

    hi everyone again, ive used the search function and i still have a valid question.
    For starters ive been working out for about 3 years now on and of. The last 8 months seriously,im eating so clean,

    oats and eggs in the morning

    protein shakes

    tuna and egg salad with heaps of vegies

    protien shake

    ride to the gym and back

    protein shake

    dinner, salad and baked or grilled chicken breast.

    caseine

    theres probly something ive forgotten but any way i was 242lbs and 20.86 bf
    then ive dropped to 227lb and 13% body fat( which im very happy about). But i still can't see my V or abs and i am dieting hard at the moment. I work out 6 days a week and surf and also run. So im trying so hard to get rid of my love handles and a stubborn bit of fat around my stomach!!!!

    so ive recently got some t3 and clen, sorry i a bit confused on the dosages and the way the products is delivered. I know that you should taper up to a safe dosage and run it for about 2 weeks at most?

    heres the product details if someone could refer me to a cycle source or help me out it would be great.

    30ml @ 200mcg/ml

    30ml @ 50mcg/ml

    T3

    this may be a dumb question sorry.also i have been using phentermine for the last 2 months, which i plan to stop before going on the cycle. I also am tapering of diazepam at the moment.

    no replies, sorry i stuffed up i can't run that cycle anyway because i only have

    6000mcg of liquiclen and
    1500 mcg of t3

    i think i didn't get enough of t3 dammit. But if someone can help me out on a cycle, you'd be helping me a shit load.

    Here 's a good thread to read through with dosing schedules.

    Your dosing schedule looks ok except run the clen for two weeks and then have two weeks off. So two weeks on and two weeks off with the clen. Your going to loose some msucle also doing this without AAS included.

    Use a syringe (minus needle) to measure your dose and not the included dropper.

    Sure, just a regular syringe is all you need and actually they have these in drug stores for this specific purpose.

    thanks acces all i could get was a pipette that measures to .25 which works

    my cycle looks something like this
    Day 1 Clen 60mcg / T3 50mcg
    Day 2 Clen 60mcg / T3 50mcg
    Day 3 Clen 80mcg / T3 75mcg
    Day 4 Clen 100mcg / T3 75mcg
    Day 5 Clen 100mcg / T3 75mcg
    Day 6 Clen 120mcg / T3 100mcg
    Day 7 Clen 120mcg / T3 100mcg
    Day 8 Clen off/T3 125mcg
    Day 9 Clen off/T3 100mcg
    Day 10 Clen off/T3 100mcg

    im tapering the to off short because of the amount i have. Also i will be starting the clen at the same dosage from the day i stoped the last week.

    Do i need to taper of the clen?

    Multivitamins
    Whey protein

    All protein is very low carb

    And is it safe to take phentermine when i stop the T3, im worried about blood pressure?

    There really is no need to taper the clen when coming off but many do. It's more a personal choice than anything related to the possible sides or hormone imbalances.

    Phentermine can cause blood pressure complications os keep an eye on that when taking.

    thanks again access im on day for and i can feel it kicking in a bit my hearts racing and ive got a bit of the shakes. Heres what im doing day in day out if you can critique it please.

    5am breakfast oats and fruit, glucosomine
    (ride 7 km to work)
    8am protein shake, with creatine

    10:30 lunch chicken or tuna salad with eggs

    12:30 Cell mass BCAA's,

    2:00 protein shake with creatine and taurine, and BSN- No explode
    (ride to gym)

    2:30 gym (including some cardio about 10 minutes)
    (Ride home)

    4:00 protein shake with creatine, taurine
    then i hope on the bike in the living room for 15 minutes

    6:30 Grilled chicken with salad and veggies

    8:30 Cell mass BCAA, multivitamines, glucosomine

    bed

    am i doing enough cardio to make the best out of the clen and t3?
    im thinking i might go for a run too
