    Default First cycle for older guy

    wk 1-12 test e 500mg/week
    wk 1-4 dbol 40mg/day
    wk 1-12 Arimidex .25mg ed

    PCT
    Nolva 20mg/ed wk 1-4
    Clomid 50mg/ed wk 1-2
    Clomid 25mg/ed wk 3-4
    letrozole on hand if needed

    always have been a thin or fat/thin person
    age 48 almost 49
    Ht. 6' 1"
    wt. 188
    bf % 15.5
    been working out 8 months, Diet is good 3000 cals a day. went from 25.5% Bf
    to where I am now. For the last 2 months seems to be at a stand still, strength has went up some, weight stayed about the same. Bf % flucuates between 14.5 - 16.
    My Question is does this seem to be a good cycle plan for someone almost at the half century mark?
    any advise or coments appriciated

    When is the last time you revisted your diet and switched up your workout?
    Have you had any bloodwork done to see where you're at? You might get a free lifetime cycle from your doctor.

    diet has been about the same throughout,about 5-6 small meals.
    less cardio now,
    changed workout about 2.5 months ago.
    good call on the bloodwork, have to check into that.
    I dont mind working hard just want to see results is all.

    Will call Dr. to get bloodwork done. If the free lifetime cycle doesnt pan out would this be a good cycle?

    I agree check out diet and work outs.Defiently get your blood work checked.My levels were off because i had chemo therapy 16 years ago.I survived cancer but the chemo fucked up my hormones.

    You're doing so well I'd hate to see you run a cycle just yet. You have put in 8 months and made great strides. I can't help but think with a few changes you could make some more gains that would better prepare you for a cycle of AAS. At your age recovering from a cycle may be tougher than some of these younger guys. It would good to see where you're currently at on blood work.

    I agree on the blood work. D-bol can raise blood pressure heavily so keep that in mind. (more of an issue at 50) If never done a cycle d-bol at 20-25mgs a day would be where to start. But it sounds like you have made great gains. I know everyone here will have a caniption but have you tried taking a few extra days off maybe overtraining could be the culprit? But your cycle looks good.

    Blood pressure is good, thanks to quiting smoking for 2 months now, it's now back to where it was when I was 18 105/70.
    I go to the gym 3 times a week, cardio is usually 5 times a week consisting of 1-2 miles on treadmill (12 min mile) or 10 -20 mile bike ride per day.
    I have always been on the fit side just never "big".
    Not ready to try gear yet, but in a few months maybe. I just like to have a plan and have everything on hand.emotedeadhorseff5.gif

    Aromasin 10 mg/ed week 12-15
    Nolva 20mg/ed wk 14-15

    I just don't see the need for clomid. Your cycle looks fine and
    should give you some very good gains along with a big boost
    to the libido while on cycle. If you're going to have arimidex and letro
    on hand then you might as well get some aromasin and use it a 10 mg's
    a day week 12-15.

    Definitely have the doc do your blood work.

    Specifically ask for the following, or they'll skip it (stupid Doctors)

    Free and bound testosterone
    androstenedione
    dehydrotestosterone
    estrone
    Estrodiol
    estrogen
    FSH
    LH
    Progesterone

    You'll need all these checked to see whats going on with your endocrine system.

    And lets watch the old guy comments, you young punks !!!!

    Hazcat that why your the man ! After reading your advice to another member I went in had blood work done and my insurance paid all of it ! told them I was just wore out all the time but most of all it gives you a starting point .I get free 200cc every 2weeks a shot of test and synthroid tabs and he recomended me a dr for hgh oh ya viagra tooooooooo at 46 I'm old enough to tell them what I want and get it lol
