    Idigit, sorry for not emphasizing not all protein shakes will be cut out, as far as the protein shakes go I am taking only one immediately post workout. I combine a little shake 3 hours later with a 1 and half cup of oats. But ya the rest will come from lean meats like you stated. thank you

    hardliner, 10 weeks! man, did that guy get bloodwork done? hope his liver is ok after that. I was considering a 6 week cycle but I did not order enough pills.
    we will see what the future holds when I stack cycles. thank you

    and he drinks and partys alot now too, and probably then aswell

    Day 3

    -Starting to notice a little bit of bloating
    -Did quads, hams, calves and abs noticed good pump in legs throughout whole workout
    -Forgot to weigh myself damnit
    -No other noticeable sides

    -bloating is getting pretty bad, hard to finish meals because of the bloat
    -did biceps, triceps not great workout due to bloating
    -weight is at 227
    -no other noticeable sides

    Day 5

    -bloating is still the same
    -no workout just rest today
    -weight still 227
    -no other sides yet

    i noticed the real weight gains come week 2. gotta let ur little friend dbol do its magic.

    dont expect the 10 pounds in a week. its bullshit.

    What does the bloat have to do with eating? When I mean watch your salt intake I MEAN DONT EAT SALT PERIOD> EVERYTHING YOU EAT HAS SALT IN IT!!!!!! If your not cooking your own WHOLE FOODS then forget it. Your protein shakes have enough salt in them to get you through the next 5 weeks. TAKE PICTURES OF YOUR FACE this will show the real bloat. Your on day 5 haha wait till week 3.

    Thanks hardliner, I am hoping that is when the gains will start.

    Idigit, this bloat is getting bad man, my stomach gets so full of fluid it is tough to even sit down and when I eat I have to stuff the food down when I am already completely full, I hate this bloating shit. I feel like a pregnant lady getting up and down lol.

    Hows tying them shoes now! ooooohhhh Its worth it though. NO SALT. DRINK PLENTY OF WATER. MONITOR YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE you can do this at walgreens, cvs, sams, walmart, most drug stores. Post your blood pressure for the guys to view and look up bloodpressure good/bad. Oh yeah potassium and taurine help.
