What does the bloat have to do with eating? When I mean watch your salt intake I MEAN DONT EAT SALT PERIOD> EVERYTHING YOU EAT HAS SALT IN IT!!!!!! If your not cooking your own WHOLE FOODS then forget it. Your protein shakes have enough salt in them to get you through the next 5 weeks. TAKE PICTURES OF YOUR FACE this will show the real bloat. Your on day 5 haha wait till week 3.
