    Default dieting and have ? about softness

    Hey just got off of my first cycle and I have been doing cardio and dieting really clean for the past month and a half. I packed on 15lbs of water and droped it in the first 2 weeks. then i was at 215 and I am slowly losing. I am at 208 as of now.

    stats

    age 21
    hieght 5 11
    weight 208
    bf around 8%

    I been feeling really weak and i am getting where i just feel small. I look good but small to me. Everyone else saids i am still big but you know we BBs can never be big enough.

    My ? is why do I feel so soft and with less fat?
    How can i fix this?

    I am taking in around 3500 cal a day over 8 meals. 3 big rest small.

    doing cardio 3 a week 15 min first thing in the morning.

    I am thinking maybe i am overtrained. I am breaking down after one set and feel so weak. still pushing the weight but feel weak.

    When i measured my fat it said my lean body weight is 192 and to get to 5% bf i need to be at 202. when i started it said i need to be at 204 so I havent lost a lot of muscle.

    sorry if i didnt explain how i feel but if anyone can give me some pointers.

    How long have you been off cycle? Are you still in PCT or finished?

    How many carbs are you getting a day and from what sources?

    At what time of the day do you lift?

    What's your pre-workout nutrition like? What's the last thing you eat before lifting and how long is it between that meal and your workout?

    Still on pct 1 week left. Taking nolvadex 20mg ed.

    The carbs i got wrote down at home. so i cant tell u exactly how many. But i will lay out my diet for ya

    600 cardio around 10 to 15 min of low intensity walking. Keep heart rat around 130.

    700 4egg whites 4 egg yolks 2 pieces of wheat toast plan

    930. shake 2% milk mixed with 100% whey.

    1100 1 chicken breast, 1chicken leg, 1 1/2 cup of sweet potatoes, 1 1/2 brown rice, same with broccolii.

    330 either a shake with 2% milk with 100% whey and 1 cup of oatmeal and 2 spoons of peanut butter. or 2 cans of tuna on wheat bread (4 slice

    515 2 cans of tuna on wheat bread

    600 workout till 730

    shake with 2% milk and 100% whey right after workout

    800 2 chicken breasts with 1 1/2 cup of brown rice and broccoli.

    my diet stay like that exactly mon though thursday and the week ends i eat what i can when i can still getting in 5 serving a day.

    I hope i cover everything if not I will be back on at 10.

    You're probably at the low point on testosterone. Did you run hcg on cycle?

    no hcg. couldnt find it. but I will have it for my next cycle.

    Pretty much. Some use clen to stay anabolic during pct or some creatine can help as well. I'm not much for test boosters but some guys like them. We really need the estrogen to go away to help get that natty test going again. Just keep working out. You may need more rest between workouts for a while. You may need a few more carbs and drop some fat to make up for the calories from the added carbs. It will come.

    ok so i guess this is just the process and I just have to wait till i come back around.

    Is there just something I can do to get that hard feeling again?

    I have some t-bomp II but I am kind wiery on taking pills because of liver enzmyes.

    What do ya think I should do just come straight out and tell me. I am taking a week off to recover.
