    Default Question about my first cycle

    Im going to be doing my first ever cycle to bulk up. Ill be using testosterone cypionate 500mg/week for 12 weeks and 25mg/day of dianabol for 5 weeks. I'm 5'11 195lbs been working out for 4 years now. my diet it 6 meals during the week and 4-5 on the weekends. so for a first timer is testosterone cypionate and dianabol a good start? let me know what you guys think and what you think would be better. Thanks

    We usually ask that a stats list be posted with your cycle questions. I know posted some, but you left out some key features.
    Training Routine
    Detailed Diet (like everything you ate yesterday rise to sleep)
    Cycle Experience

    If you give us that info we can zero in on your particular situation and analyze it from there.

    For a first timer the board usually recommends
    1-10 test c 500mgs EW

    In addition if you wanted to add dbol you could front load..
    1-4 dbol 30mgs ED

    Have you read anything about PCT? You definitely need to get yourself some Novladex, and possibly some Aromasine and A-dex.
    PCT or Post Cycle Therapy. Very important, more important than the juice itself. Research PCT, but I'll help you out.

    Good point and that is the normal recommendation for a first cycle.
    If you aren't gaining weight on your current diet, how do you expect to gain weight on roids?

    Training Routine:
    Monday: Chest, Triceps, Abs
    Tuesday: Back, Biceps
    Wednesday: Day off
    Thursday: Quads/Hams, Abs
    Friday: Shoulders, Calves
    Saturday: Day off
    Sunday: Day off
    This is my routine but i mix a few things up every now and then. I do cardio 30mins 3 days during the week.

    Meal-1 1 full egg and 6 egg whites, 2 slice toast, and 1 bowl of oatmeal. protein shake.
    Meal-2 tuna, wheat bagel, tablespoon low fat mayo, lettuce and tomato.
    Meal-3 chicken breast, 1 baked potato, vegetables on side
    Meal-4 sandwich with turkey breast or sometimes tuna on whole wheat bread, low fat cheese, 1 cup of low fat milk or a yogurt.
    Meal-5 grilled steak, brown rice or (potato if i already had rise during the day), mix of vegetables on side.
    Meal-6 almonds, yogurt and protein shake.

    Cycle Experience: First time never used before.
    I did some reading on PCT.
