    Hey all!

    I'm looking for a bit of advise from some wise people.

    I am 30yrs old, 5'6" height and 180lbs. I am solid and strong, my bench is about 315lbs, squat 450-500lbs and dead about 600lbs. I power lifted for about 5 years but got out of it because of a knee problem. I have done cycles before, ie. Sus, dbol, deca, winny, test etc..
    My issue is, I look just OK in my opinion. My theory is that I look good with a t-shirt or a muscle shirt on. I just want to cut up a bit without loosing a lot of strength. I would like to put on some defined muscle... Anyone got some good educated advise on a cycle for me??

    Yes.... diet and clen... thats all you need to cut up.
    We don't always get what we want.......

    But we eventually get what we deserve........

    x2.......a good strict diet........good training routine... and a cycle of clen/t3 to give u an extra push.........

    I don't really like the way Clen makes me feel... What about Ephedrine?? WIll that do the trick? Doesn't Clen eat muscle too??

    no clen is anticatabolic......it will not burn muscle..... maybe u just need a lower dose of clen...??

    Post up everything u ate yesterday and we can adjust it thats the easiest way......

    What is a good dose of Clen?
    What about Ephedrine?

    ephedrine will help.....ITs just not as strong as clen..........

    here u go i posted this a while back for sumone:
    this is a 4 week clen cycle build up wk.1....hold for 2 weeks.....taper down last week........

    and run benadryl for last 2 weeks to help build up beta receptors.......

    what i would run for a clen cycle.........

    day:
    1.20mcgs
    2.40mcgs
    3.60mcgs
    4.80mcgs
    5.100mcgs
    6.120mcgs
    7-21.)100-140mcgs then come back down....also start daily dosing of benadryl at night on week 2 and continue till week 4....
    22.100mcgs
    23.80mcgs
    24.60mcgs
    25.40mcgs
    etc....
    now for those two weeks u need to decide for urself where u should b dosing wise as far as sides go...... for me 140 was perfect when i went up to 160 i was shaking way to much and temp./blood pressure was too high/and night sweats were really bad......so everyday keep an eye on those things and make sure they are not too high....blood pressure and temp........but i wouldnt advise going over 160....
