My initial post was about doing a low dose of deca to help with the healing properties of an achilles injury. Here is my situation. I am an endurance athelete that is coming off an injury and behind in my training. Have a race in 22 weeks. Dont worry not that good of an athelete so no chance of winning. What i am looking for is suggestions for an 8 week cycle to help me catch up and that is not to crazy to come off of. I will be doing sport specific weights and a ton of cardio. any help will be appreciated.
