I have had a few freaky moments as well when I started. Im on week 10 - 11 (im not in front of my calendar right now) of 250 cyp x 2 prweek and some clen and AI every fourth day do to the size of the gel caplet. I myself have to pin in the morn just after a shower. I pin in my quads and alternate everytime. When I wipe with alcohol I find a spot that is not as sensitive than others and pin there. It seems that there is spots that are WAY more sensitive than other areas even in a square couple inches. Also I **** the pin with a droplet then when I pin I twist it. Seems to work for me. Painless and no bruising. Hope I helped a little.
