    Default Keeping gains

    Need some help. Finished a cycle about 6 weeks ago. Gained 14 lbs of great muscle. Now I have lost almost all my gains! Cycle consisted of:

    Winstrol
    Test
    Anavar
    Nolvadex

    I need to know for my next cycle how to keep my gains! And avoid acne (first time that has happened to me). Any advice is appreciated!

    Diet and rest and reduced training is the best way to keep gains. Two weeks into PCT you should be reducing your workout intensity, go into a maitenance phase. There is a thread here somewhere about keeping gains after cycle. Do a search and read up on it. Good luck.

    If you gain more than you're genectically capable of handling then of course you'll lose it when you go back human again.

    If you gained a little to fill out then it's your diet.

    I guesss I need more research/info on PCT. Start times, duration, amounts, etc.

    Like the manno said, it's all about eating to feed the new muscle. If you go back to eating like you did before your cycle you go back to that weight. But if you keep enough calories in your diet to support the new muscle growth you will not lose any except the water retention weight.
