    I left out an important detail. I was hit by a car this summer (as a pedestrian) and tore my MCL among other things, still not healed enough for squats. Although my quads are quite large and toned from mountain biking so I don't stress about it in the meantime

    I broke my ligament in accident two years before
    before accident I used to do squats using 160kg
    I get recovered in 2 months and started again but never hit more than 100kg after that

    glad Im not the only one with a touch of bad luck. It still hurts doing normal activities, so Im hesitant to push too hard. I may try getting back into squats with really light weight though.

    try light weight for squat or only sit up's
    my knee hurts sometimes while doing squats
    then I usually take 2 weeks off and again on squat
    I just love doing legs

    I do have one big question:
    So people act as if HCG is essential, but no one advised me to take it while preparing my cycle.
    -Do I need it considering this fairly elementary 8 week cycle?
    -If so would you run it on PCT, and what dosage/how often?

    run hcg 500iu/week from third week till pct(split in to two)
    stop hcg in pct
    your pct is good but add one more week of nolva of 20mg/day or 10mg/day

    I don't think you'll need it with a short simple cycle, but it won't hurt as long as you run an AI.

    Well thankfully I have a couple of weeks to ponder it (and mainly see if I can swing it after paying off bills).

    Today was pin #2: Test Prop 125mg
    The first pin was done by a friend to teach me proper technique so this was my first solo mission. I am still a bit sore from the glute injection, so I tried the outer quad. I was quite shaky, considering I have never stuck a needle in my body before (although 2 piercings and 4 tattoos have toughened me up as far as needles are concerned).
    I tried some tips I found on here and whatddaya know, not sore at all!
    This board is once again the best place on the internet.

    Ok well...you guys are still awesome, but several hours later the same dull pain kicked in the quad as well. From what I gather it's quite normal
