    Default NYCbound first cycle log

    First of all, I want to especially thank shovelhed, buf, jabs, joehammer, and everyone on this site for the extensive advice and info.
    Now to business

    (all info gathered from Bod-Pod testing)
    5'11"
    153 lbs
    7.9% true body fat
    resting metabolic rate 1,679 cals
    Active metabolic rate 2,911 cals

    8 week cycle
    weeks 1-8 Test Prop 125mgs EOD
    weeks 3-8 Winny 50 mgs ED
    weeks 1-8 Arimidex .25 mgs E3D

    PCT
    weeks 9-10 Nolvadex 20 mgs ED
    weeks 11-12 Nolvadex 10 mgs ED
    weeks 9-13 Arimidex .25 mgs EOD

    This is my first cycle as many of you know. I will be keeping the log updated as things progress. The pics are as of today, and Im carrying a bit more fat than normal due to the massive amount of food Ive been eating.

    My goal is to hit 165lbs and 4-6% BF, basically fill out all muscle groups.

    I will not detail my diet because that is a bit stressful for me, considering I am insanely busy. The basics are about 200+ grams of protein per day, 400 ish carbs, about 3500 cals. Ill give some examples of it later though. Will also log workout routein.

    First stick will be quite soon this evening, will let you guys know how it goes.

    front looks pretty good. Back needs lots of attention. I can't wait to see how this turns out. Work it hard bro!

    I definitely agree, lats are what I really need to fill out. Im also wanting to close the gap in my lower chest as well.

    First pin tonight: 125mg Prop also did 1st round of .25mg liquid A-Dex
    Must say glute is quite sore, had a friend show me proper technique because he works at a nursing home and gives about 40 shots/hour.

    Training routine:
    Tuesday=chest and tris
    4 sets, 10-8-8-6 for all press exercises
    -Incline DB Press
    -Incline Bench Press
    -Flat Bench Press
    -Incline Flys 4 sets 12 reps

    -Tri. pulldowns
    -Overhead extensions with DB
    -Diamond pushups
    -Kickbacks (hopefully right term) with cable

    Thursday: Back and Biceps
    All 4 sets 10-8-8-6
    -Deadlifts
    -Weighted pull ups
    -Lat pull down (with A-bar for full range of motion)
    -Rows (Also with A-bar)

    -Negative pull-ups
    -Barbell curls
    -Hammer DB curls
    -Cable curls

    Sat. Shoulders, Traps, Abs
    -DB overhead press 7 sets 10-12 reps (due to lack of compound exer. available b/c shoulder trauma)
    -Lateral raise 4 sets 8 reps
    -Bent over lateral raise " "
    -DB Shrugs

    Abs (i do not know names for these)
    All 4 sets 10-12 reps
    -Full body crunch holding medicine ball
    -Leg raises (straight out) with 12.5 lbs between feet
    -Put feet in handles of cable station and pull 10-12.5 lbs back toward head
    -Cable crunch with rope behind head-55lbs
    *Notice I do not target obliques, it is because my obliques are quite large already and I am trying to proportion my body to my wide hips

    Sample diet (what I ate today, not the theoretical perfect diet)

    Meal 1:
    -Monster mass shake 650 cals, 50g protein, 65g carbs

    Meal 2:
    -2 chicken breast grilled, 2 servings sweet potatos

    Meal 3:
    -Another Monster Mass shake
    -4 eggs
    -Mini Wheats

    Meal 4:
    -Hamburger with bbq
    -Sweet potato

    Meal 5:
    -4 eggs and/or protein shake
    -Mini wheats (i have digestive issues, only thing that seems to help)
    -Turkey bacon

    Supplements:
    -ZMA before bed
    -Cycle Assist
    -Shit ton of vitamin C, can't be getting sick!

    Right glute injection, verrrrry sore but tolerable. Waiting for the next injecion or two when the effects are fully obvious

    Agree. For massiveness you really need to incorproate squats in there somewhere.
