    isnt that all our goal..i mean to pin point..you want lean gains? you want to grow? you want to bulk?..i must say just stay natural for a while,it makes it all the better when you cycle next stick out to june

    I'm glad you recovered. I'm starting my first cycle in 2 days. In case I have trouble with gyno I know who to ask.

    ok I will stay natural till June thanks for advice
    till then I will use supplements like whey isolate and creatine
    also can I use zma
    I am currently using sea codd liver oil capsules
    and thanks again
    and also what you think about IGF1 LR3 for me
