    i like it... looks solid
    i would switch your day 1 and day 6 though.... youre gonna use some shoulder while doing chest and tri.... so i wouldnt want to do shoulder the day rigth after....

    what I am planning to use is
    GLUCOPHAGE (Metformin HCL Tablets) or GLUCOPHAGE-XR (Metformin HCL Extended Release Tablets) 500mg/day
    IGF1 LR3 80mcg bi-lateraly 40mcg
    Only dose on workout days and 3 times a week of IGF1 LR3 (in delts bicep and gluts) day 2,day 4 and day 6 of my workout routine
    for 40 days then off till next cycle in july
    also want suggestion about pinning site

    I want your suggestions about using them and doses
    and else I can add
