    AM shoulders today, was a half decent workout.
    May try legs tonight, we will see how I feel after my sons concert. 7pm ish.

    I feel a little sluggish but i just go out of the workout and have yet to eat a meal. nom nom.

    1ml push to left glute, the pin was quite hard to push in, i had the skin pulled. Glute shots are always hard alone...

    Moved 1/4 inch and repinned all ok, no blood.

    Saturday night was going out of my mind, didnt want to cook or watch moveis, went to the gym at 7:50pm and the bishes close at 8, like WTF, drove to another gym also closed, phoned 3 more gyms...closed closed closed! no fix for me, not such a big deal needed the rest, hit the casino instead made 113.65 on my 10 bucks! woot!

    Took Sunday off, needed to recover and rest, cooked chili and chicken and potatos, set for a few days again.

    Still thinking of upping my dose to 375 2x week, but....was not the cycle plan.
    Did figure out with my tren last time i was pushing 850 week. ITs why i could do the double gym days, not so much now....

    Slow and steady wins the race....

    I've never had the nerve to try a chest shot yet. Too masny veins that I can see popping out all over the place.

    I did 50 mgs of winny in my left pec last cycle....you can imagine how that turned out

    Shoulders this AM, and a minor leg tonight, nothing overly special.
    Finally got to hit on this smokin hot chick I been seeing in the evenings, shes doing her first show. At least we have something in common now. Will have to see where that leads me.

    Pre-loaded pins Tuesday morning at 5am, wouldn't recommend to anyone to do it jumping right out of bed, you need a good 2 cups of coffee in you before you start.

    Finding that my legs and chest are not recovering from the double gym days, every body part twice a week is not possible on only 500mgs of sustanon. Going to cut the weights back, but continue with the double gym days and see if that works.
    I find that when I stop i explode in weight as my body has time to grow. Not too sure here. Opinions welcome.

    I have been thinking of bumping up my sust from 500 a week to 750 a week. I dont want to lift heavier, I want to recover faster. So between food and AAS that should not be an issue.

    Generally I dont worry about over training, I worry about under recovery.
    Right now I just dont feel recovered. I am training more now.....

    What about heavier weight with fewer reps and mor rest between sets? But for me, at my age, even on juice hitting each muscle group twice a week would be too much. Legs are the only thing I do twice a week. That's only because my upper body grows too easily and quickly.

    Probably because you do it once per week...
