    What can I say? 30+ years of training relatively injury free.
    Hit squats only yesterday then came home to a house full of grankinds running around everywhere.
    225x15, 315x15, 405x15 for warm ups. Then started sets - 495x10, 545x10, 585x8, 545x8, 495x10
    Felt good to hit legs again relatively heavy. I'm hurting soooo bad today. I'm miserable. Legs are punishing me for what I did to them.

    have an ice bath. this numbers are still spectacular man. 585 for 8 is crazy. can't wait till I'm hitting that as well

    Hit flat bench this afternoon.
    225x12, 315x12, 405x12...then started sets - 455x10, 455x8, 455x7, 455x6, 405x12

    Was up sick all night. Went to work, did what I had to do then came home by 9am this morning. Have been sleeping all day. Some sort of stomach virus. Either that or I accedently ate a jar of peanut butter befoer bed last night, a small 16oz jar, but the whole jar. It tasted so good it was hard to stop eating once I started. Won't do that any more.

    Haha. That's so gross man. I can only handle 2 tbls of PB tops. 16oz jar hahaha
