hi people basically just looking for advice on a cutting cycle and a fat burning one. Am 22 5,8 162.4.lb not sure of body fat atm been at gym for 2 year give or take a few months. diet is realativly good i think. diet rougly consists of between 10-12g FAT,60-70g PROTEIN,35-50g CARBS, 10g fibre which is about 600 or so calories (not including my 12:00 and 5:30 main meals which is normally either chicken, salmon, cod, mackrel, beef, with plenty different vegetables so wouldnt think it would add to much on to my orginal grams.) DRINKS is just water only any help or tweeks to this would be great cheers

Can you list your entire diet broken down from start to finish in a day. Going to need more info than that.

You need to find out how many grams of protein, carbs, fats, and calories each meal consists of and what the total for the day is. This way we can tweak your diet to get you to where you want to be.

When counting those macro nutrients remember this....

    1 gram of protein = 4 calories
    1 gram of carbs = 4 calories
    1 gram of fat = 9 calories
