    Preacher bench Concentration Curls

    30 x 15, 35 x 15, 40 x 12, 45 x 10

    Cross Body Hammer Curls

    40 x 15, 45 x 15, 50 x 12, 60 x 10

    Behind The Head Dumbbell Extensions (Tris)

    50 x 15, 60 x 15, 70 x 12, 80 x 12, 90 x 12, 100 x 8
    Super Set With Close Grip Push Ups 20 reps

    Bent Over Tricep Ext with Twist at waist

    Monday Calories 3750, 420 grams protein 240 from talapia/eggs, 180 from whey shakes, 600 grams of carbs all 600 from whole grain noodles, also had 1 slice of wheat bread with peanut butter, 2 cups of low fat yogurt and 4 pieces of 2% fat string cheese.

    Leg Press - Plates, not machine

    Pyramid

    90 x 12, 180 x 12, 360 x 12, 450 x 10, 540 x 10 and 620 x 8

    Leg Curls

    Drop Sets 150 x 12, 130 x 12, 110 x 12, 80 x 14, 40 to failure

    Smith Machine Squats - Spotter didnt show

    2 x 45's x 15, 4 x 45's x 12, 6 x 45's x10, 8 x 45's x 8, 10 x 45's x 8
    I go ass to floor, slow decline and power up.

    Seated Calves

    45lbs x 100, 90lbs x 50, 135lbs x 25 and 45lbs to failure

    Did sets to failure on the machine that force you to bring your quads together and then apart.I want to say they work your something - ductors to help you get that outer and in sweep in your quads.

    Out in 70m
    Weight before I left 210lbs
    Today was close to 5,000 calories: Eggs, Talpia, Elk Burger and Chicken
    Estimate 500 grams of protein, 600 grams of carbs
    4 shakes, 4 low fat yogurts and 8 low fat string cheeses

    If any of you have any suggestions, changes, or just down right insults, please feel free to drop the hammer, just like you I spent a ton of money on this gear and my time is valuable, as I know your is. I wrote 4 threads about this cycle before I started it. I have not changed anything as far as the gear goes.

    Even though its been only been 3 days since shot 1, I am carrying some water, the Tren had me a little fired up tonight. I definitely was not as sore today as I usually am when I am off gear, so my body is ramping up.

    Thanks in advance for any help.

    Thanks Hammer, Isteroids built my stack and now its up to me to make it work.

    My post work out meal was 1500 calories, chicken and potatoes.

    You guys on this site are a class act.
