Whats you average heart rate? You need to take it 2 to 3 times a day. You need to be in the same physical state. Make sure you are relaxed, sitting up right and breathing correctly. I can go grab a guy in rush hour and his heart rate will be 170-180... So 1 reading does not mean much.
140/74 is elevated, but not alarming. Not blowing you off, but I have been in the 140's over 80+ and my Dr. just said I was high strung.

Both esters you are running will have you retain water and increase BP, EQ increases RBC and that will increase BP for sure and blood thickness as well.
However, I think you need to check it at waking, noon and bedtime and look at the averages.
Add in 20 -30 of cardio a couple times a week, make sure you are taking 3 - 6 grams of fish oil and no flush niacin.
