    Thumbs up first time cycle, feedback welcome.

    hey everyone, new to the site. Joined to get some feedback, hints and tips ect. ive spent some time over different forums researching ect. Also be posting results gains ect..

    Im 24, been doing gym on and off for four years. So ive got the idea of bulking, excising, diet. 182cm, 77kg, body type hard gainer. not sure of my BMI.

    ok so i know its not the greatest cycle but ive ended up with a sus250 and dbol cycle. As followed.

    ALSO have MILK THISSLE Tabs.. advice on when to take would be great. ive read that taking while taking dbol reduces the effect. so help there would be great.. as for my PCT. i dont have Arimidex yet. are there any other brands? ect advice on that would be great.. also ive got D-aspartic acid to start taking last pin. help my body start producing again.

    Diet as followed.

    6am breakfast ( egg whites, ect different everyday) w/shake, muliti, fish oil, creatine, glutimine, flaxseed oil.

    9am mass gainer shake

    10am(ish) morning tea ( chicken/rice/veggies ect )

    12pm mass gainer shake

    130pm lunch/snack (chicken/sweet potatoes veggies ect)

    3pm 100%whey, glutamine,creatine

    330-4(ish) work out. messomorph and bcaa powder.

    530-6ish straight after work out. 100% whey

    630 7ish. dinner ( fish chicken steak sweet potatoes veggies turkey ect different every day )

    before bed. casein protine glutamine creatine and multivitimans, flaxseed oil.

    if awaken for midnight piss. have more casein.


    any feed back on my diet welcome. too much protein, to much carbs ect all welcome. ive just based this one trying to get protein in my body at least every 3hrs. ( based on a working day ) i know 4 meals isnt ideal but in construction so thats all i can manage.

    gym program. NOT TO SURE ON. this is my new current program( see below ). but ive been told best way to bulk is do one set exercise on each body part EVERY two to THREE days? eg. squats, deadlift, row, bench press curls and skull crushers.. ( i dont do this now) but ive heard better results then my current plan whilst on my cycle. or should i stick to my current plan and add more drop sets after.


    Monday
    Big Lifts Day:
    • Deadlifts – 4 Sets
    • Squats – 4 sets
    • Shrugs – 4 sets
    • Decline Benchpress – 4 sets
    Tuesday
    Chest Day:
    • Incline Dumbbell Press – 3 sets
    • Flat Bench Press – 3 sets
    • Dumbbell Press – 3 sets
    • Flyes – 4 sets
    • Incline Flyes – 4 sets
    Wednesday
    Lats + Abs Day:
    • Chinups – 5 sets
    • Bar Rows – 4 sets
    • T-Bar Rows – 4 sets
    • Hanging Leg Raises – 4 sets
    • Weighted Decline Crunches – 4 sets
    Thursday
    Deltoids:
    • Military Press – 4 sets
    • Lateral Raises – 4 sets
    • Bar Raise – 4 sets
    • Upright Rows – 3 sets
    Friday
    Triceps Day:
    • Weighted Dips – 4 sets
    • Cable Pulldowns – 4 sets
    • French Press – 3 sets
    • Skullcrushers – 3 sets
    Saturday
    Biceps Day:
    • Barbell Curls – 4 sets
    • Incline Dumbbell Curls – 4 sets
    • Dumbbell Curls to Hammer Curls upon fail – 3 sets
    Sunday
    Rest Day

    Any help on this would be great. more sets, more drop sets, different routine, no rest days ect.

    so thats pretty much everything, not looking for neg feedback, just looking for improvements, and good advice. Remember its my first cycle so im here to learn. any help would be awesome.

    No,don't get me wrong but your diet is worst in bb history,I'm surprised you still alive.your diet contains ZERO food,only powders and more powders,what's the point from steroids if you don't eat?no food no muscle,supplements don't build them,they build only bigger shit in your pants.by the time you drink your tea I'm already had 420gr of chicken breast,400gr if brown rice,bowl of oats 7eggs and etc.
    Last,you are to young for aa and plus no pct in your books.

    Food will be eaten at the stages. Breakfast, morning tea, lunch/snack and dinner. i didnt list the foods i eat cuz ill be eating different things everyday. This is not my current diet, just the one i am planing for the cycle. What do u mean by AA? and by no pct in my books?

    Your staples will be chicken, fish and steak and sweet potatoes.. Build your meals around those components.
    A shake can never replace a solid meal. And fodd and weight training is what makes you grow, not the steroids. The steroids will help your body to utilize your protein intake more effectively for building muscle.

    Thanks for the reply. yeah thats the plan, with lots of greens.. what about rice? cant handle brown rice tho. so if white rice is shit ill just go sweet potatoes. hows the training plan look? should i train body parts more often then once a week. seem as muscles will be repairing at a quicker speed.

    Diet NEEDS to be fixed before you even think about taking AAS. Drop ALL shakes and replace with real foods as buf and zi1 said. Lean meats, fruits, veggies, good fats, brown carbs and yams.

    Lifting 6 times a week is overkill. Try and get down to 4 days a week.

    Example:
    Monday-Legs
    Tuesday- Shoulders/bi/tri
    Wednesday- Rest
    Thursday- Back
    Friday- Rest
    Saturday- Chest
    Sunday- Rest

    That's what I'm currently doing. I tried for a 5 day split and that wrecked me after a couple weeks. If I dropped my intensity on the 5 day split I could probably do it but I don't think it wouldn't be optimal for growth.

    After we get your diet and workout routine fixed then we can discuss AAS.

    yeah mate diet is sused, meals will be eaten, the shakes r just to keep protein levels up. i didnt put up the exact meals on the plan cuz ill be mixing them up... Im in construction so i cant have meals when ever i want so a quick shake between brekky and smoko, smoko and lunch, lunch and dinner.

    any good tips for breakfast meals. things ive got so far are-

    Eggs/Egg Whites
    Steak
    Oatmeal
    Wheat Bread
    Fruit/veggies

    ok, with ur training plan. would u still keep the same amounts of sets on tuesday. thats a few hours there. eg 5work outs x 4 sholders .. then 5workouts x 4 tris....... then 5 workouts x 4 bis? or would u drop them all down to 3 workouts per one?

    i wanta see good gains in my arms. could i train bis and tris 2x a week? or just keep once a week.?

    I train each body part once a week and am still growing at 58 years old and 30 years in the iron trenches.
