    Pin no. 6 happened on Sunday. 250 mg of test e in the left delt. And I worked out legs yesterday. This is what I did.

    Squats 230x11, 320x10, 370x8, 410x6
    Leg press 630x10, 810x8, 880x7
    Hamstring curls 3 sets of 14 each on the entire rack
    Leg extensions 165x11, 185x10, 205x8

    I worked out chest and abs today. This is what I did.
    Bench press 230x13, 280x8, 300x6, 340x2
    Decline Bench Dumbbell Press 100x10, 110x8, 125x5
    Flat Bench Dumbbell Flys 65x13, 80x7, 90x6
    Cable crossovers 3 sets

    Abs
    4 variations of 3 sets each. Approx. 25 reps per set.

    And pin no. 7 happened last night. 250mg test e in the right delt. I just couldn't keep my hands stable for some reason. The needle really moved a lot inside. Pin site is slightly sore because of the trauma caused.

    Worked out back like this yesterday.

    Pull ups 13,10,9
    Lat pulldowns 250x10, 270x8, 290x6
    Dumbbell rows 125x11, 180x10, 230x7
    Seated cable rows 3 sets

    Seated calf raises 135x14, 180x10, 250x6
    Standing calf raises 3 sets

    I also did a couple of exercises for my obliques.

    I won't be hitting the gym today. Down with slight fever and a very bad throat.

    Did my 8th pin yesterday. 250mg test e in the right quad. I slept straight after the pin which is why the pin site is quite sore today. I've been limping around since morning. It's always better to move around after a pin. I'll also be starting with dex today since I've entered week 5 today. Hcg will also come in. I can feel the excess estrogen. I'm holding a lot of water and nipples are getting sensitive. Dex should take care of this.

    The sore pin site got worse. I was down with fever these past two days. Pin site was all red and hot. Reminds me of quad pins with prop. I don't know if its the test kicking in or something else that caused this. Not been to the gym since 4 days now. I'll be hitting biceps today.
