    Worked out biceps yesterday.
    Barbell curls 115x10, 155x8, 185x6
    Dumbbell curls 50x10, 65x8, 80x5
    One arm dumbbell preacher curls 45x12, 50x9, 60x6
    Hammer curls 50x10, 65x6
    Concentration curls 2 sets
    A couple of forearm exercises

I.e. use 1 mg E3D for 1-2 weeks to shred water and then start using 0.5 MG E3D after that to prevent you from holding water?

    I do shred some water when I start with dex to the extent that lower abs are visible again after using dex at .25mg eod for 2 weeks. I personally can't handle more than .25mg. Anything above this starts giving me bad joint pains especially in my shoulders. Everyone reacts differently but I still wouldn't recommend dosing it at 1 mg.

    Triceps today. Pump was insane. Felt like a beast. I stand at 233 lbs and rising.

    Close grip bench press 190x13, 230x10, 280x6, 320x3
    Seated overheard dumbbell tricep extensions 125x13, 140x10, 165x5
    Tricep dips on a dip machine 3 sets
    Tricep pushdowns 3 sets

    Abs
    4 variations of 3 sets each with approx. 25 reps per set.

    Nice figures on your close grip bench mate. Do you use an EZ bar or straight?

    My wrists can't take the straight bar personally and my gym does not have a bench with racks close enough together to use an EZ so I have to load up get a person each side to lift it up and over my head into position above my sternum.

    I've repped 130kg once before. 320 lbs is excellent. Nice workout.

    Worked out legs yesterday.
    Squats 230x11, 320x10, 390x8, 430x6
    Leg Press 630x11, 810x8, 890x8
    Hamstring Curls 14,14,13
    Leg Extensions 3 sets

    I also did my 10th pin yesterday. 250 mg test e in the left delt. 250 iu hcg and .25 mg of dex.

    Smith machine military press 160x11, 200x8, 220x6
    Dumbbell press 90x11, 100x9, 110x6
    Lateral raise 50x14, 65x10, 75x7+50x7
    Bent over lateral raise 3 sets
    Traps
    Barbell shrugs 320x11, 410x8, 520x6
    Seated dumbbell shrugs 125x10, 140x8, 140x8

    Gym was shut on Wednesday. Public holiday.
    Pin no. 11. 250mg of test e in the right delt. 250i.u. Of hcg. .5mg dex.
    I upped dex by .25mg. I've been getting some bad back pumps since a couple of days now. I guess its from the excess water I'm holding. I've upped dex so lets hope it sorts itself out.

    Worked out back today. I started with deads today cuz once the back pump sets in deads become torture.
    Deadlifts 230x11, 320x10, 410x8, 500x2
    Pull ups 13, 10, 9
    Lat pull downs 3 sets
    Dumbbell rows 125x11, 180x10, 230x7
    Seated cable rows 3 sets
    Calves
    Seated calf raises 135x14, 180x11, 250x6
    Standing calf raises 3 sets
