    Default Illusionist 3rd cycle log

    Hey guys. Been off the forum for a while now. Was really caught up with work. Planning to start my 3rd cycle in a couple of days. I'll be running 250 mg of test e twice a week for 12 weeks and 50 mg of winstrol ed from week 9-14. Yes this is exactly the same as my previous cycle. Since I couldn't really utilize my previous cycle to its full potential I thought I'll use the same compounds for my next. So what do you think? Any of my old friends still around? Buf? Joe?

    Hey bud. Good to hear from you again. Cycle looks good. But get the diet down to a tee first before you get cycle-minded.

    Hey Buf. I need to improve on diet I know. Life has changed a lot these past few months. Don't get enough time to eat at times forget working out. I'm trying to organise things a little. Hopefully diet will fall in place too.

    So its begun. Just did my first pin of test e 250 mg in my left quad. I'm using the same brand of e as my previous cycle and its pain less. Its 9 pm already here. Had a tiring day at work and didn't really feel like hitting the gym at all. But now, after the pin, I feel more charged mentally so I thought fuck it I'll hit the gym anyway. Heading to the gym now. Shoulders today.

    Its 3 a.m. already. Workout was fine. Went as follows.
    Smith machine military press 150 x 10, 190 x 7, 200 x 5
    Dumbbell press 90x11, 100x7, 100x6
    Dumbbell lateral raises 50x14, 65x8, 75x6+50x7
    3 sets of bent over cable laterals for the rear shoulders.

    Pin site is good atm. Only a slight cramp like feeling.

    Hit the gym in the morning today. Had some work lined up for the evening. Since I couldn't get much rest I did a small workout. I worked out traps and abs as follows.
    Traps
    Dumbbell upright rows 45x14, 55x10, 65x10, 75x8
    Barbell shrugs 320x10, 410x8, 500x6
    Seated dumbbell shrugs 125x11, 140x8, 140x8
    Abs
    4 variations of 3 sets each approx 25 reps per set.

    I've had no supplements since the past 3 months. Nothing. Not even protein powder. Started with some basic stuff today. Dosing 500 mg of vitamin c 4 times daily with meals. 1 scoop of protein powder post workout and 1 scoop first thing in the morning. I weigh 222 lbs currently and fat % should be around 15.
