    How is peoples experience with them? I just decided togo on unemployment for bout a month and get more mass on before I have to cut. I have roughly 9 weeks of bulking to do. Do I train same muscles twice a day? Once in AM another in PM?

    I recommend you split your daily rutine in 2. Dont know your program, but when I did this I would do chest in the morning and tri´s in the afternoon. same with back and bi´s etc.

    that sounds more suitable. I was actually going to do back and bi tomorrow, I shall do it like u stated, then with leg day do quads in the morning then calfs and hams in the evening, even thou I do calfs every other day.

    You may want to up your cal intake following that extra workout per day.

    i dont like the idea of say doing chest in the am then tris in the pm. my tris get blasted doing chest exercises, i imagine they will be beat by the time you go back to the gym to hit them, making it much less effective and i would expect more muscle soreness.

    i would change your split so its only 1 bodypart per day, like

    Monday: Chest AM, Calves/Abs PM
    Tuesday: Back AM, Cardio/Abs PM
    Wednesday: OFF AM, Cardio PM
    Thursday: Shoulders AM, Claves/Abs PM
    Friday : Legs
    Saturday: Arms AM, Cardio/Abs PM

    This looks good but I would do,abs/cardio/calves in the morning and the heavy lifting in the pm after you've had some meals
