    Now originally I was going to be running Helladrol and Katanadrol stack, but after talking with the big man, WolfPackAlpha, and the recent new release of GK's Oxandrovar... He persuaded me differently. So here we go baby.. Two day's in now, and I can't wait to see the results of this highly anticipated new line of PH's GK brings.

    Over the next couple days I will give more specifics regarding my situation, goals and details about myself... But for right now, here's what we are working with fellas. Let's work.

    Day 3

    Today was a off day. I took off a couple weeks off before starting this cycle to give my body a break and just focus on cardio. So after a full week of being back in the swing of things my body is just blasted and I'm sore as hell. I'll be taking some measurements tomorrow to give you a idea of a starting point, but for now here is what my workout routine is going to look like. I might adjust a couple things here and there, but this will be the foundation of my regimen.

    Monday – Legs 4 sets of 8-10 reps

    Leg extensions
    Squats (1 extra set of 1-3 heavy reps)
    Leg Press (1 extra set of 1-3 heavy reps)
    Leg Press Calf raises
    Hack Squats
    Single Leg Leg Press
    Single Leg Leg Extensions

    Tuesday- Back 4 sets of 8-10 reps

    CARDIO-15 100yrd Sprints/Jump Rope 2000 plus reps
    Back 4 sets of 8-10 reps
    Pull Ups
    Lat Pulls
    Wide Grip Barbell Rows (1 extra set of 1-3 heavy reps)
    Dead Lifts (1 extra set of 1-3 heavy reps)
    Cable Rows
    Hammer Strength High Rows
    Single arm Neutral Grip Lat Pulls
    Shrugs

    Wednesday – Chest 4 sets of 8-10 reps

    Incline Bench Press
    Flat Bench Press (1 extra set of 1-3 heavy reps)
    Incline Dumbbell Press
    Incline Dumbbell Flys
    Cable Flys
    Cable Press
    Pec Deck
    Incline Hammer Strength
    Decline Hammer Strength

    Thursday- Hamstrings / Calves 4 sets of 8-10 reps

    Leg Curls
    Reverse Hack Squats
    Straight Leg Dead Lifts
    Deadlifts
    Standing Calf Raises
    Seated Calf Raises
    Farmers Walk on Toes

    Friday- Shoulders 4 sets of 8-10 reps

    Cardio 30-60 min jog
    Lateral raises
    Front raises
    Upright Rows
    Arnold Press
    Seated Barbell Military Press
    Hammer Strength Shoulder Press
    Shrugs

    Saturday- Biceps / Triceps 4 sets of 8-10 reps

    Standing Bicep Curls
    Weighted Dips
    Reverse Curls
    Reverse Tricep Pull downs
    Preacher Curls
    Skull Crushers
    Drag Curls
    Cable tricep pull downs
    Overhead Tricep extensions

    Sunday

    Cardio 30-60min Jog

    I couldn't think of a better shred stack than oxandrovar, GW, and s4. This is going to be a fun one to watch bro. Good luck

    Damn dude, you do a ton of work in the gym! You're making me feel like a little *****! If you don't mind me asking, why cialis? Is it because of the shutdown?

    After researching I found out that Cialis is not only good for ED, which isn't a issue, but actually protects your prostate health

    dang, that looks expensive lol is there a $$$ total for this cycle?

    Looking forward to seeing how the oxandrovar works out or you, the dianabulk is working well for me.
