    Weeks 1-8: 500-700mg NPP
    Week 1-8: 200mg Test E (long term HRT)

    Start: 93.4 kg @15%BF. Lean mass 79.47kg, fat 14.01kg
    Finish: 102.2kg @11%BF. Lean mass 90.9kg, fat 11.24lg.

    Total weight gain 8.8kg
    Total LM gain 11.4kg
    Total fat loss 2.77 kg

    Great little 8 week run for simultaneous mass and fat loss. I highly recommend the compound.

    You northerners and your kg's. The only thing I know about kg's is they used to cost me from $10,000 to 25,000 depending on who I got it from and how much I got at one time.

    Forgot to add but keep this log going please. I'd like to see how you maintain these gains. I find it important for both newbs and a good reminder to vets on what it takes! I personally find maintaining harder than gaining

    Oh fuck yeah. Couldnt agree more. Anyone who says they keep ALL gains from a cycle is not being entirely truthful and maintaining those gains is a lot of hard work.

    I'll weigh in tomorrow and once a week for the next eight weeks.

    Eating for the new weight, dropping volume whilst trying to keep the poundages up and just maintaining the drive all require a strong willpower and discipline and are things I concentrate on.

    I have dropped to 5x5 as mentioned and as my cycle reps where a consistent weight between 12 and 5 reps I have been able to add weight to all exercises now that I'm only aiming for 5 reps a set. I'm training descending also as pertains to weight.

    I expect to lose approximately 2-4 kg before stabilising.

    Lets see how I go.
