    Use the shake luke.... I saw a post on here about adding peanutbutter, oatmeal, and eggs to your whey shake, and man.. it's delicious! I have had stomach probs my whole life, so I can only take in abot 3000-3800 cals/day with whole foods, so ithink i found a CHEAP way to add quality carbs and protien, awesome!!!

    I have about 6-7 of them everyday on top of my real food. 1 cup of oats blended first to a powder.
    I go through alot of oats lol

    I didnt read it anywhere though. just started doing it.

    Another thing you could try. Use a can of milk with it. It makes it alittle thicker but just as good. Works out well over 1000 kcals. I wouldnt recommend having 7 of them though. Along with your real food. Thats one hell alot of kcals each day.
