my current meal plan is getting a little old and bland... lol... i need some new suggestions for a new plan with around the same cals..fat..carbs..and protein as my current... thanks guys

1scoop mocha cappucino whey.. (sounds gross but hey ill try it)

1 cup brocolli

8pm GYM
25g whey shake right after lifting

6oz chicken breast
1cup steamed broccoli
