    hey guys heres my diet

    8:00 am Breakfast
    3/4 cup Cottage cheese, light/low fat
    28 grams Protein powder
    2 cups Skim Milk
    1 cup Cereal, cold
    1/2 cup Pineapple
    2 1/3 tsp Olive, Flax or Salmon Oils

    10:30 am Snack
    3/4 cup Cottage cheese, light/low fat
    1 cup Yogurt, plain, low fat
    1 cup Raspberries
    9 Cashews

    1:00 pm Mid Meal
    9 oz Tuna, canned in water
    1/4 cup Chickpeas
    1/2 cup Salsa
    1 cup Rice
    2 1/3 tsp Olive, Flax or Salmon Oils

    3:30 pm Snack
    35 grams Protein powder
    1 cup Skim Milk
    2 Kiwis
    2 1/2 tbsp Barley

    6:00 pm Dinner
    13 1/2 oz Haddock
    1/4 cup Chickpeas
    1/8 cup Cucumber
    1/4 cup Lettuce, romaine
    1 1/3 cups Rice
    2 1/3 tsp Olive, Flax or Salmon Oils

    9:00 pm Snack before bed
    28 grams Protein powder(casein protein)
    1/2 cup Yogurt, plain, low fat
    2/3 cup Oatmeal
    1 tsp Olive, Flax or Salmon Oils

    -Pre workout meal
    28 grams protein powder
    2 cups skim milk
    1 cup oatmeal
    1tsp Olive, Flax or salmon oils

    -Post workout meal
    42 grams protein powder
    2 2/3 cups fruit juice
    1 multi vit

    about 3000 cals /day
    i take 2 multi vit right after breakfast on non workout days.
    on workout day i take 1 multi vit after breakfast and one right after my workout with shake
    i driknk about 92 oz of water/day

    Normally my diets consist of protein/carb meals (first part of day) or protein/fat meals (second part of day) whereas you've got a mix of things here so I'll just give suggestions in red on a meal by meal basis without changing your format/foods (even though I don't like seeing the fruits/fruit juices or all the bloating dairy products ). Don't be a afraid to throw some of the old fashion red meat meals in there either (steak + potatoes).

    *9 cashews? What's the significance of the number 9 here? How about we change that to "1/3 cup of cashews"? Add more protein too..maybe a chicken breast or half a dozen eggs?

    2 2/3 cups fruit juice (See if you can find some Waxy Maize, Maltodextrin, or Vitargo to mix in your shakes for carbs instead of the fruit juice.)

    ya well thats just one day out of a 12 weeks diet!
    you say fruits and dairy products will bloat me up on roids...? should i just trhow some of them away...?
