    5. Finally - broaden your tastes. Some guys only like blondes. Some only like supermodel looks, or big boobs, or whatever. This can limit your options. If you allow yourself to find something attractive about nearly any woman you meet, you'll find that there are a hell of a lot of attractive women out there. And, if you cover items 1-4 above, you'll have a shot with nearly all of them.

    Joe is right. NO CARBS and the weight will jump off you. Boss hog and you'll be a champ in no time. I remember when I was a kid and dieting I was so impatient. Its a lifestyle change and with this change comes whatever you want. My tips are as follows:

    1) You are the most important person in your life so treat yourself with respect and dignity. This includes what you put into your machine. You put shitty fuel in you get bad results. If you put in the best fuel you will reep the rewards.

    So that being said STAY AWAY From the carbs as much as possible. Dont eat low carb...EAT NO CARB... This way you can see change fast. Once this change takes place it is way easier to keep with it if you can see some sort of results in a short period of time.

    2) Dont count the days... Count the years... One year can change who you are and how you are if you want it... If your looking for a quick fix (50 days) there is no such thing.

    3) Exercise... Now my thoughts differ on this than most I strongly believe that you should listen to your body. If you dont want to workout dont but that being said it is sometimes real hard to get up and at it the next day sometimes. I would start out every second day and start the diet pronto...And being at that age would do some cardio but just start lifting smaller weights and lots of reps.

    4) As for the chicks no girl wants a man with low confidence and low self esteem. Its just how it is. Worry about yourself first. Dont get sad or depressed just work hard to get gains and the chicks will flow WHEN YOU fell better about yourself.

    I was once there. Man I was huge when I was a kid and also very sad so take it from us we mean well and for you the very best. If I can help you find what you need to be well then I will feel better as a human.

    FIRST THINGS FIRST. STOP EATING CARBS DUDE Thats your first step... Take your time too but time does fly so theres no time like the present.

    first step is to stop ALL sugar intake.
    second step, stop eating complex carbs.
    third step NO JUNK FOOD......EVER
    Fourth, Boss Hogg routine and cardio three days per week.

    Now comes the hard part. After putting the above steps into action and sticking with it, after a few months you will be FIGHTING OFF the chicks

    Don't eat simple carbs or junk food.
    Do cardio but don't over do it or you'll quit after a couple of weeks.
    Do some weight lifting...something like the Boss Hogg routine.
