Entering my first local show at the end of April I'm a light weight and 19 yo quite lean but want to get really shredded and conditioned for the show so was wondering if such a diet would be good.

Meal 1 - Whey 2 Scoops and 50g Almonds (490kcal, 50g protein, 10g carbs, 25g fat)

Meal 2- 80g oats - 1 scoop whey (and some wheat bran for fibre) (400 kcals, 30g Protein, 50g carbs, 6-7g fat)

Meal 3 - PWO shake 2 scoops whey + 2 tbsp PB (40gs roughly) (460Kcals, 50g Protein, 22g Fat)

Meal 4- 80g oats - 1 scoop whey (and some wheat bran for fibre) MIGHT ADD AN BANANA (400 kcals, 30g Protein, 50g carbs, 6-7g fat)

Meal 5- Hard boiled eggs (4 or maybe 5) (310 kcals 25g protein, 25 g fat)

Meal 6 - Tuna and 100g cottage cheese (240kcals, 40g protein, 6g fat, 5 g carbs)

Meal 7- 150g chicken breast and some broccoli - (165 kcals, 30g protein)


Total- Roughly 2500kcals, 255g protein, 100g of fat, 100g of carbs
