    Default lean bulk diet?

    I'm very inexperienced with dieting and have always just ate whatever. I watched fats and carbs but never had a set daily routine. . I worked with a buddy of mine who is a little better at it then me.. here it is I'm trying to put lean weight on and lose bf at the same time.. please tell help me with what I have. .

    If its horrible please tell me in a nice way. I'm trying here. See my stats in signature.

    Meal 1 -2 scoops Protein
    1/3 cup oats
    12 blueberries
    1 tbsp peanut butter
    1 activia yogurt


    Meal 2-8 oz chicken breast.
    8 oz sweet potato
    1 cup spinach

    Meal 3- 10 oz fish
    1 cup brown rice
    Mixed veggies

    Meal 4-8 oz steak
    8 oz white potato

    Meal 5- 2 whole large eggs
    4 egg White's
    1 apple
    2 tablespoons of peanut butter
    Age - 25
    Weight - 190lbs
    Height - 5'10"
    BF - N/A (will update)

    Try spread your meals out to six a day
    Meal 1 i would cut the shakes out

    Meal 2 if it is stripping you are after I'd swap the patatoes for egg whites say 5 or 6 1 yolk a day

    Meal 3 pretty good to me

    Meal 4 dont think you need the steak im assuming this is your main meal (lunch) and you are eating it daily, swap it for white meats turkey chicken fish etc..

    Meal 5 pretty clean cut the yolk out try have 1 a day

    Meal 6 (dinner) chicken and vegetable, fish and salads etc.. add some olive oils or avocados to your salads or through out your day

    Snacks in between if feeling hungry/ raw almonds, i personaly eat mushrooms raw, tomatoes i try to stay away from fruits such as apples to high in natural sugar

    Thanks for the input buddy! I'll definately swap your suggestions and see how that gets me. I'm not really gaining weight right now.. but i am staying the same weight and losing BF.. i guess it's a plus but i will up my calories a bit more. maybe extra 500/day

    Good Meal plan but I would drop the fruit and add a lot more protein.

    Adding that 6th meal of chicken/fish would cut it? Or should I add more protein throughout each meal?

    This would make a nice reference diet.
