    Default First time female Anavar cycle

    My gym coach has recommended anavar to me in doses of 5mg in the morning, 5mg in the evening for 6-8 weeks. My height is 5'6", BF% 22, and weight 121 lbs, i am very much into intense workouts and this would be my first anavar cycle. I do 25-30 minutes of cardio 3-5x per week; 50-70 minutes of weight lifting 5x per week and my daily diet includes 1 cup mixed fruit, grilled chicken with mixed veggies, meal replacement shake, and 48 ounces of water throughout the day.

    I want to lose fat and gain some solid but lean muscle. Will anavar help me realize my goals. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    I would suggest first you start using Omega 3 fats; add it to every meal.

    i would also get your diet in check, if you are doing that kind of workout/cardio it seems that your bf% would be lower. shoot us a typical "day in the life" of your diet so i can look at it, i bet we can make some good adjustments to get to where you want to be! also, how old are you?
