    Hi All

    First up great forum, heaps to read and very informative. I’m from Adelaide Australia.

    I’m 35yo, 5’9, 87.6kg, 16% bf, want to get this down to at least 10%. I have been training for just on four years (I’d say very seriously last three years) with some good solid gains to date. Training split is over 5 days. For cardio trying to get in 2 hours a week split over four days (30 mins max) (fasted).

    Diet has been good, although I think its something that needs a tweak or two:

    Meal 1-
    8 eggs (6 whites, 2 whole) / or one cup of oats in water with skim milk, fruit (normally a banana) and a protein shake

    Meal 2-
    2 x 75g cans tuna and fruit (apple or banana)

    Meal 3-
    a chicken breast,1 cup of brown rice and a salad

    Meal 4-
    1/2 a chicken breast or 2 x 75g cans tuna and a handful of almonds

    Meal 5- (pre/post workout)
    (preworkout)- protein shake
    (afterworkout)- protein shake

    Meal 6-
    1 chicken breast or / 200g steak with veg or salad and cottage cheese

    Meal 7-
    if training day, casein protein shake going to bed

    I am at the age and the point where I am looking to begin to cycle AAS.

    Anyway love to hear what you guys think, we always have heaps to learn.

    ausie no fish?allot of protein shakes,what type of protein shakes you drink how much sugar in there?and i did noticed you drink protein shakes after meal,why dont you take em in between meals?from 16bf to 10bf,you probably need to cut your sugar intake,i dont take any sugar`s,only post workout and in the morning
