I use buprofen that too only if its absolutely necessary. I believe it cuts into your gains.

4 or 5 days won't do much harm I guess. I'm 240 at the moment so even if I lose 5-6 lbs next week I'll still have 4 weeks of my cycle left post that which should be enough to pack on the lost weight....
