I take 40mg's of ephedrine when I can get my hands on it and i have the best work outs EVER! I have never pushed more weight or been able to last so long while taking it.

I dont mind the taste of cytogainer at all so thats not a problem. My first jug I put on about 7lbs. It has creatine and glutamine in it, which is a plus.
I use the weight gainer post work, so something easy is kind of what I am looking for. Have you guys looked at cytogainer? Others on here have said its pretty good.
I have been using cytogainer, but was wondering if there is a better gainer out therE?

I am looking for a good chest routine. I have alot of trouble gaining in that area and I hit it pretty hard.
Chest Day:
Flat bench One warmup at 135 8 reps
185 8 reps
225 3-4 reps failure
225 2-3 reps failur
Incline Bench warmup 135 8 reps
155 8 reps
175 5-6 reps failure
do you have any ideas for bicep and tri exercises? Should I switch to light weight high reps 15-20 to help maintian do you think?
