The problem with me and high carb days is that i'm a diabetic. It's more of a "i'm going to feel like crap" issue than "i just don't want to do it" issue.
Couldn't i, for example do carb load days...

Issue 2: Too many carbs.
Help creating a shopping list would be greatly appreciated.
Oh i don't eat them every day, i just used today as a example.
What would you recommend for my next trip to the supermarket?
Well i'll use today as an example of what i'm currently doing, see what you all think:
Remember i'm currently trying to maintain ketosis (which is may or may not cycle, depending on whether i...

Thyroid is ok, Test is ok.
The actual explanation seems to be an issue with the rapid changing of glycogen levels, but then he doesn't want me to do a no-carb diet.

Oh haha i "bumped it" because i saw someone with similar goals make a similar thread. I thought if they were going to condense the ideas in the other thread, maybe i'd be "left behind".
Anyways,...
I've been abandoned to my faith.
Bump!
Well in my case i need to keep carbs as far as possible to keep my diabetes under control. Before going into another workout, i'd like to share what i've been currently doing for a couple days as...
Initial draft of what i plan to do:
Monday: Crossfit.
Tuesday: Weights- upper body.
Wednesday: Light cardio, some runnings.
Thursday: Weights- lower body.
Michigan, and i can't seem to find a consistent price for it anyway. I'll try to check out a local gas station and get back to you on this.
I'm checking out your program, and i may just try it...
That ECA stack sounds really interesting, but i wonder how difficult it would be to get the "E" from the stack.
Three or four games of hoops count as cardio?
But i'm actually thinking of using...
I actually do cardio 4-5 times a week. I always do cardio before and after lifting, and usually on Fridays depending on how burnt out i feel.
On a side note, any more info on these ECA stacks?...
As i posted in my introduction thread, i'm a 25-year-old male, (285 pounds, 40.2% BF) who is halfway through his weight loss goals (i used to be 350) but i've hit a massive plateau and i'm downright...
I suppose i'd be an unusual member of this forum since i'm the complete opposite of quite possibly everyone here. I'm a 25-year-old, 6'0 tall, 285 pounds (40.2% BF). But the issue is that i used to...
