hey thanks for that..am getting going on the diet and trying to get my bf down as low as possible before starting the first cycle...i am doing 2 days just cardio so hopefully that will have some...

hey, yea i do actually just train one body part each workout...i am thinking of doing interval training cardio for about 10mins instead of longer cardio to see if that is any good...
