    Too build chest muscle. 2 15lbs dumbells.. pls help thanks

    Are you saying that's all you have? I recommend finding a gym. You're not going to get far with 2 15lb dbs

    I don't think it's a waste of time but it's definitely not optimal. Get a a bigger set of dumbbells.

    unless you are old there is no reason why you should be using pussy weights.. if you want to get stronger up the weight but keep correct form.

    Should i skip chest then? And try to improve Triceps for a better bench?

    you still should have access to different size weights. a gym is a good and cheap way to have lots of access to equipment
