    Default TRT for my father

In generaly i give advice for healthy people who want to begin or continue AAS. But this time is diffrent. My own father has almost 65. Ex football player (40 years ago), smoker ( 30-40 cigarets /day) , alcool dependent somehow (2-3 times/week) , little sedentary... good and strong psihologicaly. 88 kg and arround 30% bf..
The medical condition: --20 years back have a pancreatit get rid of aprox 33% of pancreas, diabetic insulino dependent last 16 years, etc... But most important had an infraction 6 years ago and got 3 by-pass es on a open heart surgery, and one on the leg. ...2 of his heart bypasses are closed, and now the heart recive blood only by one of them.
The blood tests: Tryglicerids 350 HDL 52 LDL 55 VLDL 70 TOTAL COLESTEROL 150..
    hORMONES Test 12 estrogen 100 prolactin 255 LH 11,51 FSH 8...

So in my opinion the HPTA works, but the balls are out of the bussines.

What is your opinion of putting him on 150mg/ week of test e.. for TRT... What are the riscs? heart, gyno, liver,?
What would be the benefits? I think he did not need any AI or PCT..

I'm going to strongly recommend against gear given what you've told us. Smoking, drinking, high body fat %, and pre existing heart problems are just begging for a heart attack with gear.. We'll see what others have to say but maybe something like cialis is his best bet.

I would NOT self diagnose TRT for your father. It is not a good idea for so many reasons. At his age, it won't be hard to get a doctor to prescribe it for him.

Either take that route and book an appointment with his doctor and try to get his doctor to prescribe him TRT or use a natural herbal based testosterone booster like HCGenerate ES from n2bm.com

It is quite risky to start a TRT with such a high BF%, and with all the additional problems, it would be much wiser to go to a doc for TRT, as he will be on top of every aspect of your father's TRT. Although TRT may seem like a simple thing, it is far more serious than just taking some testosterone indefinitely.

He really need to get his health fixed first. Major changes are needed. Focus on one thing at a time so it is not overwhelming. Get him to quit the smoking and drinking first because they go hand and hand. They are also the worst thing you can do for your health and testosterone. Then focus on the diet and exercise. It will take a long time but that is what needs to be done. I wouldn't worry about any drugs or supplements right now.

I agree with above. he can improve his health greatly by fixing his lifestyle first.

TRT will do nothing for him except add to his heart woes

This was my opinion also in 2012...it passes almost 4 years and not one step was done.. . So the final decision is NOT..i will not give him any test. And i belive it is the final decision.
Thanks for all your help. .i feal this is the solution
