    Default cycle and Keto/CKD diet

    i have been trying to figure out the best first cycle plan for myself. i am 26, 6'1", and 85kg and have been a regular at the gym for the last 4 years. i did a CKD diet last year and had good results. can any expert here confirm if it would be a good choice to run test e for 12 weeks at 500mg a week and do a keto/CKD diet?

    If you do a ckd/test run add cardarine 20mgs/ed.

    There is absolutely no problem with doing the keto diet during a cycle. I have done so twice, and both times was very happy with the results. After all, what you need the most during a cycle is protein, and you can get as much of it as you want on keto diet, so it fits perfectly into the concept of cycling. Adding in some cardarine for the additional endurance and energy during the workouts would be very good, since you will not be consuming carbs on cycle with keto diet, and you need some good sources of energy.

    I think a low dose with keto and a lot of cardio is a great way to shed fat

    make sure you are taking GW with it

    Test + keto diet + cardio + cardarine would be a fat killer combo

    It is a begin misconception that you need to completely eliminated carbohydrates from your diet in order to loose body fat. Rather then follow a keto diet, I would follow a carb cycling diet. You get the best of both worlds that way. That low carb days are fat loss focused while the high carb days are very anabolic.

    If your goal is fat loss then it would work just fine. I prefer not to cut too much on cycle though. I just feel like I am leaving something on the table. I would rather do more of a recomp style cycle.
