    Default T3 vs Clen

    can anyone please guide me on the differences between T3 and clenbuterol and which one is best suited when it comes to losing abdominal and visceral fat? how are they both compare to the prescription weight loss pills? anything i should be extra careful while using them?

    T3 and clen are completely different things.

    T3 is your body's thyroid hormone ->

    Clenbuterol is an asthma drug ->

    The problem with T3 and clenbuterol is that they simple raise metabolism. They don't differentiate between muscle and fat. You are most likely going to loose a combination of muscle and fat when running them. They also come with a lot of nasty side effects.

    There are better options that will directly burn body fat, no risk of muscle loss. Such as cardarine

    The nicest thing about cardarine and sr9009 is that they are not stimulants or hormones so they won't effect sleep, raise cortisol levels or anything like that. It'll cause a huge boost in fat loss with no side effects.

    I would stack the cardarine/sr9009 with a good nutrient partitioning supplement like n2slin from This will increase insulin muscle sensitivity and help shuttle the food you eat into muscle cells and away from fat cells.

    I think muskrat hit the nail on the head

    T3 and clen is really really outdated. everyone today is jumping on the GW and SR9009 bandwagon. they work better and have no sides

    Clen is the worst because of the side effects. You will get heartburn, insomnia, racing heart, high blood pressure, headaches, heart strain, dehydration. Absolutely terrible because of that. T3 will not give those sides but I would be careful messing with the thyroid. If you fuck it up you are in some trouble.

    I think the recommendation of Cardarine is a great idea. It will not only help with fat loss but also with endurance. N2Slin is also a great supplement to add to any fat loss stack.
