    Legs: Barbell squat

    Arms: CGBP (tricep)
    Barbell Curl (bicep)

    Chest: Dumbell bench press

    Back: Deadlift

    It's pretty cookie cutter but you could.

    I don't see any shoulder or ab exercises?

    you need to keep things fun and new or you will get bored fast.

    Sure, that is a pretty typical rep and set range for someone looking to grow. I suggest you switch it up every few weeks to keep things interesting.
