3Tbls Olive Oil
5 Boneless, skinless breast, cut into chunks (I would suggest pounding it out before cutting, helps tenderize)
2 Whole Garlic Cloves
2 Tbls Lime Juice
1/2 cup ****ped cilantro
Salt and Pepper to taste


Heat up oil in large frying pan over medium heat. Salt and Pepper Chicken and add to the frying pan until browned on all sides. Add the garlic (I like to finely **** rather then adding whole cloves) and cook until the chicken is no longer pink in the middle. Stir in Cilantro and Lime Juice, cook just until ingredients are heated. (If you want more of a sauce, add 3/4 cup cheap white wine, 2 additional tbls lime juice and simmer to break down the alcahol content of the wine-about an additional 10 minutes) Serve it over white rice my brothers !
