whole, half or salmon fillets

1 lemon sliced thin

fresh cracked peppercorns

1 tsp salt

spray tinfoil with cooking spray

place salmon in centre of foil... layer on lemons, sprinkle on peppercorns and salt (to taste)

close up tinfoil around fish

place in 350 degree oven... leave tinfoil closed for first 10-12min... this will steam in lemon pepper flavors....

cook untill salmon is flakey but not dry.
