    Unhappy I hurt my wrist...

    earlier this week when doing DB shoulder press. I am not in majour pain just a little sore but it is hurting my workouts as I can't lift as much. Think if I wrap it that will help? Any suggestion would be great thanks.

    Probably just a very minor sprain. Rest would be the best thing for it, but if you must a wrist wrap would give you some support until it heals.

    wrap may help. Depends what you did. Hope it clears up in a few days

    I agree with Powerslave.Don't do anything that aggravates it,unless you want to have it for a long time.Like maybe forever.Arnica gel(available at GNC)is good for sprains in general but the problem with the wrist is the poor blood supply.I'd baby it...

    yea some of my worst injuries came from pushing through pain like an idiot. hahah it's amazing how much pain you can push through when you're all hopped up on eca and juice

    I rested 2 days started my new split today wrist felt a lot better and now pain after so I think it is all good.
