    This never worked out so well for me... if I don't do cardio pre lift I don't do aswell. I feel way better if I flop it and do cardio first..no matter how much stretching I do pre-lift. But then again, im no competitor.

    Hell yeah, I know who she is! She's one of Brooke Burke's best friends and has remained SUPER HOT for at least the past ten years or more. Things aren't seeming so gloomy for me when I see girls like that who still have careers in the modeling/spokesmodel business.

    I agree Voo.I tend to do better doing Cardio first.I been starting to split it up to where I do a bit of cardio before lifting then lift then do some more cardio.
